Augustus & Elena as siblings (ft. MULCE AS THE HUSBAND!!!)

They have a Mycroft/Sherlock type relationship. They are distant from each other, but they feed off of each other. This is also a setting where they are fundamentally very similar people, and they believe in the same thing, but they have fundamentally different ways of approaching the world, living their lives, etc. A metaphor – they are like two different types of Toyota cars – they have different features, different appearances, different strengths and weaknesses and are distinct cars from each other, but inside they have the same engine and the same technology building them up.

Elena would become a doctor, as she always does, but she would work to shape society to be very anti-Muggle & Muggle-born, rather than killing them the way Ambrose taught her. She would have heard the underlying message behind Ambrose's teachings – Muggle-borns and Muggles are disgusting and have no place in wizarding society. As a result, she would seek to make systematic changes to the way that Muggles are treated.
