Will could hardly believe his eyes. He knew this one.
He knew the petite little darling very well. There was not
a Starfleet cadet party that did not involve this little troublemaker.
"No way! Phobo von Prat?!"
The nickname came to him instantly.
"What are you doing here you little terror? I thought I had
left you back on world. Have you finally decided to join up with Starfleet?"

Phoebe was positively thrilled to be addressed by her Academy nickname. She had worked hard for that title, and was rather proud to find that it seemed to have some sticking power.
“I'm afraid there's not nearly enough alcohol on board for the incomparable Phobo von Prat to make an appearance,” she said, laughing softly. “You'll have to make do with Miss Phoebe Bones-Prewett tonight. Never fear, though! I have it on good authority that she's just as spectacularly fun as her drunken counterpoint.”
And far less likely to unexpectedly flash people. It was always great fun, talking to boys who had seen her tits.
At his question, she laughed harder still. “Heavens no. I'm here with my parents – they're scientists, you see, rather renowned ones, actually – and we're here to do a bit of research. Nothing too exciting.” She suddenly made a face. “Rules and regulations have never been quite my style – can you imagine what a disaster I'd be at the Academy? No, I think I'll stick to crashing parties – gives me a bit of the best of both worlds.”
It was only then that she remembered that she was still wearing the uniform she'd stolen from her cousin. Ah, yes – hence he confusion.
Whatever. He could figure it out on his own. Until then, it would be terribly funny, watching him try to make sense of the situation.
